There are actually seven covenants in the Bible: The Edenic Covenant; The Adamic Covenant; The Noahic Covenant; The Abrahamic Covenant; The Mosaic Covenant; The Covenant of the Land; The Davidic Covenant and The New Covenant. There are a few other "minor" covenants, such as the covenant of circumcision, but these are the main ones.
In most cases, when theologians speak of the covenants of the Old Testament, they are referring to the four major covenants: The Noahic; Abrahamic; Mosaic and Davidic. There is only one covenant in the New Testament. It is called the New Covenant, prophesied in the Old Testament. The New Covenant fulfills all of the Old Covenant in Jesus, and the Old Covenant is made obselete (Hebrews 8:13).
Here is an illustrative explanation of the four major covenants.
